Audits:

As the District’s audited financial statements are prepared by an independent auditor, and accepted by the Board, we will post them on the website for your information. If you are interested in an audit for a previous fiscal year, please contact the District office.

Ordinances:

Ordinance establishing the District: This document created and established the Golden Lakes CDD effective September 15, 1992, by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners.

Ordinance expanding the District’s boundaries: This document is a supplement to the establishment Ordinance, adopted November 9, 2005, by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners.
